You will need to enter the fiscal year of services rendered and next the State to display the wage index, routine home care, continous home care, respite care and inpatient care rates.
CGS provides Medicare Part A services for Home Health and Hospice in the states of Colorado, Delaware, DC, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Maryland, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, South Dakota, Pennsylvania, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, and Wyoming. In addition, CGS provides services for Medicare Part B for the states of: Ohio and Kentucky, and services to Durable Medical Equipment suppliers in the states of: Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Puerto Rico, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, U.S. Virgin Islands, Virginia, and West Virginia.
